TIPS ON HOW TO BUILD CONFIDENCE
For healthy strong self-confidence, these are the tips that work for me. And I believe they will work for you too if you apply them well.
1. Stick to the right thing: Inspire yourself to be the best version of yourself. Make your own decision based on your value system and always stand by your decision. Even if it is hard, let your actions and decision define and speak for you.
2. Do follow up as you progress: To reach goals, spice them down to the smaller unit. Anything you want to do, employ division of labour for success.
3. Talk to yourself: If you have a voice telling you that you are not good enough, you can’t gain confidence. When negative things come to mind about yourself, counter them, speak positively and treat yourself like the best.
4. Set goals: Learn to set targets and how to achieve them. It emboldens and increases confidence in your abilities.
5. Passionate: Engage in things you love, including dancing, singing, and photography, and be committed and focused.
