Zainab began her career at TNA Korodo Group of Companies, where she interned in the Human Resources department while completing her undergraduate degree in Psychology at Obafemi Awolowo University. Her hard work and dedication earned her a retained position at the company after graduation, where /she had the opportunity to work directly with the CEO for several months.
During this period, Zainab developed a strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition. This inspired her to establish a consulting start-up dedicated to helping companies access top talent regardless of gender, race, socioeconomic background, or personal connections.
Driven by a passion for inclusive leadership and workplace equity, she relocated to the United States to pursue a master’s degree in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice Leadership at Tufts University.
Throughout her corporate career, Zainab discovered a deep desire to bridge the gap between personal transformation and professional excellence, while promoting inclusive leadership and workplace equity. This passion led her to establish her first company, Eartco Counseling and Consulting Limited.
With a background in human resources, talent acquisition, and empowerment-focused leadership, Zainab noticed a consistent truth: many individuals are held back not by a lack of potential, but by a lack of support, clarity, and opportunity.
Eartco was founded to fill this gap offering counseling for emotional healing, mentorship for personal and professional growth, and consulting services for businesses committed to building inclusive, high-performing teams.
